The brief

An occupied office needed a dependable engineer resource for the constant churn of workplace change: teams moving, desks added, meeting rooms refitted — without disrupting the working day.

The detail that matters

MAC work is where cabling estates quietly rot: undocumented changes, orphaned patching, mystery ports. A disciplined MAC routine is cheaper than the re-cabling project it prevents.
