DAY-TWO WORKS

TICKET-LED

Office MAC Works — Moves, Adds & Changes

Desk moves, AP drops and a handful of new outlets — ticket-sized jobs on live floors without a full install circus.

Day or night window · Legend updated same visit · FM close notes

MAC work is where networks meet real life: a team moves, a clinic adds a desk, an AP appears in a corridor. We run those tickets with install-grade discipline — legends updated, live floors respected, close notes written for someone else’s system.

FM and MSP partners use us as recurring capacity; direct clients use us when they do not want to reopen a full cabling tender for ten outlets. Either path is ticket-led, not brochure-led.

Process

How this job runs

  1. Intake the ticket

Location, outlet count, occupied or dark floor, and whose legend we must match.

  2. Hit the window

Day or night attendance with a method that protects live desks and public areas.

  3. Patch and prove

Terminate, label, quick verification where the ticket requires it.

  4. Close in their system

Notes written for FM/IT — photo if requested — so the ticket does not bounce back.

FAQ

Service FAQ

Can you join an existing FM framework?

Yes. We work as the field arm under your brand and processes — including unmarked presentation.

What is too small?

Almost nothing. A few outlets is normal. We agree the visit scope so you are not billed like a full floor install.

Same-week attendance?

Often yes in Greater London when access is clear. UK-wide dates are confirmed on the ticket, not promised blindly.

Do tiny MACs get a free survey?

Usually the ticket brief is enough. Multi-floor or unclear estates can get a free walkround before we lock counts.

Got a MAC window to fill?

Floor, counts and access hours — we confirm attendance, not a full tender cycle.
