OM4 fibre link spliced and terminated for an industrial unit

The brief

An industrial unit needed a multimode fibre link brought into a compact wall-mounted presentation point to serve local network equipment — a small job where the workmanship still decides whether the link performs for the next decade.

What we delivered

• External-grade fibre glanded into a Corning SPH-01P single panel housing
• Cores fusion-spliced to OM4 pigtails, each splice protected and seated in the splice organiser
• Fibres routed and coiled to maintained bend radius inside the enclosure — no pinch points, no stress on splices
• Presentation on shuttered LC adapters, every core labelled

The detail that matters

Inside that small box is everything that separates a reliable link from an intermittent fault: clean splices, protected sleeves, disciplined fibre management. Small enclosures get the same standard as data halls.

Handover

Insertion loss results per core, splice records, and labelled presentation ready for the client’s switch install.
