Compliance

Documents buyers should request before mobilisation

Pre-start checklist: company details, insurance, RAMS, method statements and capability packs — without badge theatre.

Mobilising an unknown cabling crew is a facilities risk. Ask for documents before tools arrive — and ignore badge theatre that is not yet earned.

Company and insurance

  • Legal name and Company Number
  • Public liability / employers’ liability evidence appropriate to the site
  • Who is the contractual party (especially on white-label jobs)

RAMS and method

Site-type specific: occupied office, out-of-hours, riser work, fibre splice. Generic PDFs that never mention your building are a warning sign.

Capability statement

A short pack that explains how the firm works, Dual Door engagement and field discipline. Ours: capability statement (PDF).

What we will not fake

CHAS, Constructionline, ISO and awards appear on our site only after documented award. See Compliance.

Engage

Contact or For Contractors depending on who owns the end client.
